The client had a number of different requirements by which the villa had to abide. These included items such as being able to enjoy both semi-private and private spaces, as well as employing the sea’s breeze without necessarily having direct access to the beaches.
They wanted to put much emphasis on the lobby area, because of the fact that it’s a client’s first impression upon entering the space. It had to, then, present a very good first image, as well as the kitchen area did, having to change from a space meant for a breakfast and coffee to a more special area, where people could rest comfortably. Thus, a large yellow kitchen was built, with a large table where people can gather and relax.
The contemporary style of its fine furniture stands out in every piece. The home is full of designs characterized by fine details that are very well thought out and that form an excellent set. Living-dining room and kitchen exist in the same space, and yet each one marks its own area.
