This project, is located in R. Salto, São Paulo, Brazil, and was completed in the year 2015. It covers an area of 172 square meters, in which the main detail is the great open space that connects the three floors of the apartment, allowing sunlight to seep into the space and create gorgeous visual effects.
The Timberland Terrace is the first viewpoint of the Monument to the Revolution, so it participates in the urban revitalization of the Republic Square as a different way of promoting the brand, contributing to the city, and taking advantage of the unusual spaces.
The facade is about 40 meters long and faces the main street. In order to deal with the tropical climate aspect of the area of construction, the main surface of the house is slightly angled to create shade from the sun rather than relying only on the flat surface that faces the sun. Aluminum windows also do their part of the job, allowing natural light to enter the house, which was a wonderfully thought out option, as it makes it looks large and bright.
